Half way activated?

Options
I started the activation and waited more than 12 hours to get my number transfer. They disconnected me from my old provider but I never got an e-mail and I'm currently without any services. My phone is unlock, not blocked. What should I do now?

The transfer may take up to 48 hours in some cases to complete.

    Here are some troubleshooting tips.

Did you try restarting your phone?

What happens when you use another phone to call your number now?

Does it say there is no service? Or does it go to voicemail? If yes, which voicemail, Fizz or old provider?

Also after you activated, you should have had service on your Fizz SIM card (at least to make calls, send out texts and access internet data, if these options are included on your plan).

Check you Fizz account to ensure that all well. Make sure the phone you are using is compatible with Fizz network..

If the problem persists, you will have to contact Fizz customer support.

The idea of this page https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us is to explain how you can access the chat bubble. If you do a search in the Solution Hub related to your issue and access the help page the chat bubble will appear at the right corner.

    • You're logged into your Fizz account.
    • You're active on a help page such as https://fizz.ca/en/faq/resolving-issues
    • Simply click on the chat bubble that appears at the bottom on the right.
    • You're within the business hours: every day from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. (EST).
    • You have disabled any ad blockers in your browser.

If the chat bubble does not appear, this means that the number of sessions waiting for our answers surpasses our processing capacity. If that happens, send us a private message via Facebook Messenger or Twitter.
