Are you saying the technician just setup your home internet and it doesn't work?
Did you opt for the VIP installation or self-install?

Have you tried to reboot your modem.
Just in case some update may be pending.

- Check your Fizz account to make sure the plan is active and payments are up-to-date.
- Factory reset the modem and try reconnecting again.
