Still no sim card....... ?
Where's my Sim card? Second time I'm posting because the last person flagged it as "resolved" - which it isn't.
I ordered a SIM card last week, didn't receive it and did not receive any tracking number or way to track it(which the help documentation shows a tracking number). I spoke to Alexei via chat and was explained they'd refund me if I ordered another one. Silly me, ordered it Monday, and here we are now thursday and I still don't have one and again no tracking number, which the documentation says you need one (https://fizz.ca/en/faq/i-ordered-sim-card-but-havent-received-it-what-do-i-do).
What do I do? I've now paid over $20 and still don't have a SIM card - and don't want to order another one.
If nobody can help me - maybe the CRTC can!

I do not work for fizz, 99.9% of users here are normal users as you.
You must contact them by chat, here we cannot do anything for you, I am sorry, but as I said we are normal users.

I wish I could send you one, I understand how frustrating that must me Unfortunately we are simply a bunch of FIZZers without any such power. Your best bet is to continue trying to contact FIZZ directly and to highlight the issues that you are having and the refund that you are owed.

Did you receive a notification that your sim was delivered? Maybe the notification email is in spam folder?
If you live in a building in Montreal, beware that the sim card is delivered by a private delivery company and not by Canada Post, therefore they don't have access to enter the building. They stick the envelope with the sim on the front door of the building. You should check as soon as you receive a notification that the sim card was delivered.4 -
