why Fizz works on 2G phone (iPro A10), is not it 3G / LTE network?

Your phone needs to be compatible with Fizz : https://fizz.ca/en/faq/compatible-devices.
It does not support band 4 that is required to use mobile data.4 -
If it is working with that phone, it is because it is on a partner network. likely Rogers 2G, which is not a long term solution with Fizz, which operates only on 3G and 4G networks.3

The phone you've linked to can use these frequencies, according to the linked page: GSM 900/1800/850/1900. So you're looking at a GSM phone with 4 possible frequencies.
For calls, the Fizz network uses these frequencies: 850 MHz or 1900 MHz. That phone supports both, so you can connect to the network for voice and text, and possibly (POSSIBLY!!) use data, but at very slow speeds.
For LTE data, the Fizz network uses these frequencies: 1700/2100 MHz (also called AWS or band IV). That phone does not support these frequencies, so it won't be able to use LTE data.

Because it is using a partner network, and fizz's policy on using partnet networks is that "We reserve the right to block access to all of your Fizz mobile services if your mobile services are used primarily on partner networks (Fizz EXT) for 3 consecutive payment cycles."

If your phone is on a partner network, you'll see "Fizz EXT" by the network signal. If it just says "FIZZ", then your phone is working on the Fizz 3g or 4g network.2 -
@TheDean GSM means 2G networks, not 3G, the frequencies are a separate consideration.2
