mailbox to English. Mike suggested to open mailbox and press 4,3 and 1 each prompt. Did not help. Pease advice what can be done?

    I am calling the voice mail


    enter my PIN and after 4 3 1


    therefore
    1234#
    after 4, 3 and 1 for english
     
    However, if you have a message or something else before going to the voicemail you need to by pass that.
