Fizz in a virtual operator, therefore, sometime connect to Fizz-Ext.
But the roaming is not important, since you are not going to be billed for it2 -
It means that you are using Fizz partners networks. Probably you are out of Fizz subscription zone (green on the coverage map).

I am in Ottawa and I bought two simcards. One on samsung and works fine, other one on lenovo and has the problem. I think something in setting should solve the problem2
