If you live in a building in Montreal - delivery company sticks the envelope with the sim to front door of the building because they don't have access inside like Canada Post. So you have to check there as soon as you receive a notification that your sim has been delivered. Otherwise it might be stolen.
Now you should order another sim card. When you receive it, contact support for reimbursement of the first sim.1
