Why can't I see my Fizz plan when I log in?

I can't see my Fizz plan when I log into the website, although I have one and have been charged for it. Therefore, I can't update it. Why is that?

Sometime can be a login problem, it happens to me too to have an empty page. Try to close the browser and open it again.5

try to relogin, sometimes can be the network issue.
Or you can clean your cookies and caches then refresh the page.6 -
Try a different browser or go into incognito.

First check to make sure you are logging in with the right email address, in case you have more than one.
You can try clearing your browser cache and reopening in incognito/private mode.
You can also try with a different browser on your desktop or laptop.
If the problem persists, you should contact Fizz support to explain the problem.

- You're logged into your Fizz account.
