Will the person delivering the modem call the phone number on my profile if my doorbell is not working at the time of delivery?

    It is as the discretion of the tech. You can leave a note on the door to contact you, I believe that it has the phone number.

    Not necessarily. You can put a note on the front door for the technician and ask him to call your phone.
