Yes, you will have a phone number at the activation of your plan, you can also pick the last 4 digits of your phone number for a little extra.

If you need a referral code, in order to receive 25$ at your 2nd payment this is mine K61CD, to be added at the creation of your plan when the total with taxes is shown.

If you don't have a phone number, you'll be assigned one during your sim activation.
You can also transfer your existing phone number if you have one during sim activation as well.
