I think my sim is broken. Can i have a new one for free?

    Can you elaborate? But yes you can have new one, but If you want under warranty you need to prove that it is broken

    it has deep scratches and no sim detected on phone

    If it came with the scratch you can try, otherwise, you need to buy a new one. :(

    Yes, chat with fizz support. Order one, and you get refund after new sim activated
