Accidentally set voice and sms to 0. How can I set it back to unlimited.
Phone number XXX-XXX XXXX can not call or receive calls.

Do not post personal info. This is a public forum.
Normally you have to wait until the next cycle/renewal for plan changes to take effect.
Since a mistake was made, you will need to contact Fizz support to ask for a manual adjustment to your plan.
You can send a message by facebook https://facebook.com/fizzca
Or you can use Fizz chat. Make sure that:
- You're logged into your Fizz account.
You're active on a help page such as https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us- Simply click on the chat bubble that appears at the bottom on the right.
You're within the business hours: every day from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. (EST).- You have disabled any ad blockers in your browser.
If the chat bubble does not appear, this means that the number of sessions waiting for our answers surpasses our processing capacity. If that happens, send us a private message via Facebook Messenger or Twitter.

You can set it back exactly the same way you set it to 0. Go to My plans, choose the plan to update, click on Manage then Modify plan. Do the necessary updates and save. The change should be reflected on your next bill.
Since Fizz has issues with plan changes, check if your change was really applied in your next cycle. If not, contact the support.5 -
