My android machine for tv over ip is not able to connect to the network, please advise how we can solve this issue. Thks

Disable ATF and band steering on your modem/router to see if it help.

Log in to your modem/router by opening 192.168.0.1 from your browser.
Use login cusadmin and the password would be the one in the back of your router.
