i have paid but no access, what can i do ?

I have paid my bill , i get the message that evrything ok but still no access to my cell phone minutes and data.What can i do ? The chat to busy , no way to contact you.

    Did you already try to put the phone in the airplan mode for 30 seconds?
    This will force the phone to register it
