I have not been able to open downloads on my phone since signing up with Fizz. Why?

Are you referring to Home internet or mobile internet ?

- did you configure APN : https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-are-fizz-network-settings-apn

Are you referring to MMS messages or regular downloads on your phone?

If you are referring to mobile it is probably your apn that has to be set correctly.
