How to transferring phone responsibility ? Virgin has a well explained process. What about Fizz ?
I need to transfer as my kids now have 18 !!

    You need to contact Fizz.
    .
    Essentially : Your kid will have to create an account and then Fizz will transfer your kid line to that account : the transfer process has to be done by Fizz ;

    Reach out to fizz support via Facebook chat, search fizz mobile.
    They will respond and correct the situation within minutes.
