Change my Voicemail to EN

Hi, how do I change my voicemail language? It's currently French but I need it in English. I've already tried calling my voicemail, then entering my pin followed with # and then 4 and 3 then 1... but it doesn't do anything. Please help!

    Can you retry the process but more slowly : wait a few seconds then enter 4, wait a few seconds then enter 3, wait a few seconds then enter 1

    Hi, to change the setting call your voicemail, then enter your pin followed by# . Select option 4 then 3 and finally 1 for English voice mail.
