Well pretty much the same way that made you reach lvl 2.
Participation in the community, inviting friends, adding more badges to your collection.
The more you try the faster you will reach it.10 -

You need to reach 4000 points, so you write answers on every question to gain points and give people hearts everywhere. When you pay you monthly bill you gain huge amount of points.
Took me 2 months to get to Level 3.
