Network locked SIM card inserted. What is to be done?

    Your phone is locked to your previous provider. You will need to contact your previous provider to unlock your phone if you want to use it with Fizz.

    Restart the phone, it will activate properly, just takes a bit of time

    If the phone is locked, you have to contact the original mobile provider to have them unlock it for free.
