I can’t get online because someone have my ip so I need another rooter because Fizz agent won’t help me, so I need another rooter to get another address ip

Routers are $150, I’d recommend reaching out to fizz support via Facebook chat. They usually respond within minutes. Open Facebook and search fizz mobile.
