I don't understand French; if the virtual support to setup voicemail is only in French; then how I suppose to get help from that? My profile language was setup in English.

Hi Mohammad, to change the setting call your voicemail, then enter your pin followed by# . Select option 4 then 3 and finally 1 for English voice mail.
