Data out of province?

I have a Quebec only plan and will be traveling to Toronto next week. I see that the only option for me to have coverage is to change my plan, but they doesn’t work for me because that’ll take place 4 weeks from now and I need to use my phone next week.
I was looking at the Wallet option but when I go to my account it says “n.a. ” Does that mean I can’t use data outside Quebec? And if I can, how much would it cost me?

The preferred option would have been to change your plan to Canada-wide coverage.
Since that is not possible for your trip, log on to your account and go to Manage your mobile plan
1. Check the "Add-ons" available to you. See if any of them are suitable for your needs.
2. Check "Travel". You will see the options available to you.
3. Check "Wallet" and "Planning to travel abroad"
Hopefully one or more of these will meet your needs.

My wallet shows the same n.a. for data and I couldn't find a Canada travel add-on option either. You might want to reach out to customer support to see if you have any other option.6

Click on My plans => Manage plan => Travel, then type Canada to see the prices. There are two options if you need data in Canada outside Quebec: either you can purchase blocks of prepaid data or you can put money in your wallet and pay as you go (refer to print screens).
If you want to buy a data block, click on the one you want then click Confirm. Multiple blocks can be purchased as well.
If you opt for pay as you go option, add money to the wallet: My plans => Manage plan => Wallet => Add funds.7 -
Yelena is right. I already have Canada coverage so that explains why I couldn't find the Canada travel add-ons :-)7

But I don't have data or that Canada option on my wallet as a pay-as-you go choice (screenshot). Is there any way to contact customer service? I don't have Facebook or Twitter.6

Are you sure you want to use pay as you go option? It is much more expensive than buying blocks of data.
If you are confident that you want to pay as you go, just add funds to your wallet. Scroll down when you are on the Wallet page and click Add funds. I see the same rates and n/a for the data in my wallet page like you, this case is for people who have only data in their plan and want to add texts and calls in their coverage area (which is not my case since I have calls and texts in my plan, so it is just an example). All the other rates can be found in the Travel tag.
When you are in another province, turn the roaming on. The funds from your wallet will be used to pay for your data at a rate 0.10CAD/MB.6
