My iPhone isn't responding to the SIM card

I activated my SIM card and I put it in my iPhone but now my iPhone isn't responding to it. When I open it it says that the SIM card comes from an operator that is not supported by the activation server activation policy.

Sounds like your iPhone is locked to your previous carrier. You will need to speak to them on how to unlock your iPhone. You can test this by borrowing another providers SIM from a friend and you should get the same message.

Your iPhone is still locked with your previous carrier. You need to contact them and they will unlock it for free, there is no charge for this service.

Note that only iPhone 5S, or more recent, are compatible with the Fizz mobile network. Also you need to have the latest iOS version installed on your iPhone
