My add ons WERE NOT applied - I purchassed many by accident and no one is assisting me

I tried to get data add ons and they were not activated. I purchased multiple ones and now they are billing me for that!!!! How to remove the add ons! I would like the payments of 08.01.2019, 08.01.2019, 07.27.2019 to be removed from my bill!
