Why are my services suspended even when I paid my bill

I had my bill automatically paid, but it still hasn't showed up on my fizz account history. I have had my text, talk and data suspended since Saturday (August 3rd). My bank account shows the the money has been taken out of my account. So what gives?

You're logged into your Fizz account (Login, top right corner) : https://fizz.ca/en
You're active on a help page, for example : https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-are-fizz-network-settings-apn- You're within the business hours: Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. (EST), weekends and holidays from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. (EST).

They will respond and correct the situation within minutes.
