Fastest way to get it fixed is reach out to support via Facebook chat, search fizz mobile. They will respond and correct the situation within minutes.

@Mike, I’ve used the Facebook chat 5 times so far and usually within a couple minutes I get a response. Only one time it took 30 minutes. Maybe I’m just lucky in the timing...

You can change to a new phone number, but you cannot transfer or port your number if you have already activated your plan.

 

To transfer your number from another provider, you have to activate a new line and request for the transfer during the time you are signing up.
