Make a payment greyed out

I’m currently having an issue malin a payment. I added my credit card back, all the info is correct, added as default but when I try to make a payment it doesn’t work (the button is greyed out) my account is currently frozen and I can’t do anything (I also tried in incognito mode and made sure Adblock was turned off)
