Why are my minutes data and sms all at 0? I have an unlimited with 2gb plan?

A few users are in the same situation. The possible cause is due to bugs in maintenance.
You need to contact Fizz.

You can initiate a chat session with Fizz by opening a help page like this one : https://fizz.ca/en/faq/im-unable-log-my-fizz-account-what-do-i-do.
You'll see a bubble chat at the bottom right in a few seconds.
