Question about data perk?

I just used my 500 mb data perk, but I'm not seeing it being added to my data left. Is this normal? Does it apply immediately or does it start the following month?

You can use it immediately and it should show up on your "data left"6

Go to my plan and scrool down to my reward and click on details ( or use this link https://zone.fizz.ca/dce/customer-ui-prod/#/loyalty ).
Do you see anything in "My perks" , in use ?
You should see a 500mb in it. If not it could be that the maintenance (https://fizz.ca/fr/faq-periode-stabilisation) has not completed

Yes I see it in use! But is it supposed to add to the data left in the overview? If not, then everything seems to work fine, I was just confused.4

Normally you should see it in "Data left" and this "data" is used first (before your paid data plan if you have any)5
