Why did 2FA for TD bank stop working again?

I cannot sign into my TD account again because the 2FA for SMS stopped working again. What happened someone please tell me?

Looks like some things changed due to maintenance.

Only thing we can do for now is to notify Fizz support.

I just messaged them on Facebook messenger letting them know that they broke 2FA
