Is it possible to get a fizz mobile phone number outside Greater-Montreal?

Fizz plan is just darn agressive, I 'd like to refer people outside Greater Montreal area (Québec, Gaspesie)
What about other provinces? (Ontario, Alberta)
Anyone know if it is possible?

Quebec city is definitely in the subscription zone. Not too sure about the Gaspesie, but you can enter an address to confirm.

 

Only the Ottawa area is covered for other provinces.

My daughter and I have Fizz in Ottawa, as do a number of our friends. I can't speak for anything west of us. Roaming as far as Windsor Ontario worked on the weekend.

To answer your question, a Fizz cell phone number is available to anyone in the province of Quebec and the greater Ottawa area.

Hey,
I am unsure if you can refer someone as of now. I remember fizz turning off the refer a friend at the start of the stabilization period. I do still think that the fees we are paying right now are still the stabilization fees. But I am pretty sure you can refer anyone throughout Canada as a whole. US im not sure.

Unfortunately Fizz covers Quebec and Ottawa only, as they are using Videotron's network. But I agree with you it's kind of sad, because their prices are so damn good. Plus few other things such as data rollover, giving data, referal code.

You can refer anyone who lives in the subscription zone (green on the coverage map).

As for now Fizz isn't available for people living outside the green zone.
The prices will go up at the end of stabilization period, but should be still competitive.
