You can also fill a contact form from your account Once logged in, from the account panel go to My Profile → Contact Form (the subject are limited) and fill out the form and someone will email you back.
It should have been instantaneous. If you purchased it today (30th), it could be the related to the systems maintenance being performed. According to the FAQ: https://fizz.ca/en/faq-stabilization-period it lists as one of the items that could be impacted:
