Why I cannot recieve messages from CIBC?

I am wondering why I cannot Receive text messages from my bank or Uber. Any solution to this problem?

This is a known issue with short sms. There is no solution at the moment.6

When was the last time you tried? I just reentered my phone number for uber and was able to get the text message. I recently was able to register with TD Visa alerts which weren't working before. Many of the short code text seem to be working for me.

Take easy, it is a well-known issue for all Fizzer.
As you know, Fizz is now in period (28-30), therefore it is not a big deal...4 -
Hopefully after the 31 of july, since on the 31st they are suppose to do something on the mobile side3
