why I am charged for Tailored Number twice?

I was told in June 2019 when i joint Fizz that I have to pay $1.00 extra only once if i want Tailored Number, every thing was fine till i changed my plan, Now i am charged $ 1.00 again for Tailored Number,I would like to know the reason.

It is probably a billing mistake. Contact the support to rectify it.
