I have Canada wide plan and I am travelling to Toronto. Since I live in Quebec, do I need any add-on or not?

No, with Canada coverage you can use your phone as you are in Quebec in all Canada. Enable the roaming

I took my phone with Fizz down to the Niagara region earlier this year without issue.  Voice, text and data worked without a hitch.

You have complete canada coverage. but since fizz is in stabilization period you can run into issues
I was in Cornwall ON a few weeks ago and it showed FIZZ ext on phone calling worked fine but no data

If your data won't turn on automatically in Ontario as it should, try to put your phone in airplane mode and put it back to normal 20 seconds later.

I had an issue while traveling to Ottawa no internet during the way. tried rebooting nothing worked when I got to Ottawa the internet worked

If you don t want any issues while travelling, activate your roaming and put your network mode to gsm/hspa.

It will slower but you wuill have more
chance to have network.

Lot of places don t support LTE and for some reason phone data won t work.
