From their page, remember the address and name on the credit card should match the one on your account

 

You can use a Visa or Mastercard credit card, or a Visa Debit card to pay for your Fizz plans.

Other cards such as debit cards, American Express (Amex), Dinners, and others are not accepted. Foreign credit cards are also not accepted.

What kind of prepaid card do you have? It has to be a personal card with your name and address on it, otherwise it is not accepted by Fizz. Here is a similar topic -

No prepaid credit card. Visa, Master Card and Visa Debit. I went through that same stuff. You can purchase your SIM card with a prepaid credit card. But not for your monthly package, as they need your credit card to be registered to you and your address.
