Wifi over seas

I would like to purchase a new sim and set up 20gb of wifi
Will it work over seas if I put USA and Canada or do I just put Quebec ?

Wifi is not included in your plan LTE is included in your plan so as long as you have WIFI on your phone you can connect to any WIFI service. some places provide free wifi and some will charge for the service

If you buy the plan canada+usa, than you can use your phone in canada+usa for data/sms/calls.
In order to have data overseas, you need to buy the travels addons, then Quebec only coverage will be enough.
Fizz suggest for this stabilization period to buy a local sim

I'd suggest that you buy a travel add-on package to the country that you are going to. This would be best. If it's USA, then just go with the Canada + USA plan and that's it.

You should purchase a plan with Quebec coverage (calls, sms and data - whatever you need, it is completely customizable) if you don't go often to other provinces and/or USA. After activating your sim you should buy an add-on for your trip destination with the necessary data amount.
P.S. You mix wifi and data terms. Wifi is free whereas data is not.
