Voicemail issue

I opt out voicemail last month and i'm still getting voicemail on my phone, why? It was clearly saying that on my next monthly cycle, i will have no more voicemail.

Another glitch in the system. Contact the support by chat or Facebook messenger to sort it out.

If they did not charge you for that you can always disable call forward
