What plan does it show on your account?
If the plan on your account does not include data, then you simply won't have data.
If this is not the plan you selected, then you will need to contact Fizz support.

If your plan includes data, you can try turning "airplane mode" on and off.
If that doesn't work, make sure your APN settings are correctly configured on your device. You can validate the APN settings via this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-are-fizz-network-settings-apn
