When did you activate your plan?
If that was working before, try to reboot your phone. If it does not work, contact the support.

Did you check if your phone is compatible with Fizz network?

This sounds like you are using Videotron's default APN as opposed to Fizz's APN. Check your APN settings. Also what phone do you have?7

Can you test your SIM card on another phone?

Did you activate recently? Did you transfer/port from your old phone over to Fizz? If yes, it may have failed. You will need to contact Fizz support.
