changing billing address the way the site suggest doesn't work?

There is no changing billing address options in My account- My plans- manage my plan section. Then how am I supposed to change the wrong address this site put on my account?

    Yeah sure I'd love that. But there is no phone number or chatting or answers on the community hub page. Anyone knows how to contact them?
