Is routeur included in internet package?

Fizz is coming by my house tomorrow to install Internet. Do I need to have my own routeur or will the tech bring one? Do their modem has a routeur included?

The tech will bring you a Modem with a built-in WiFi router. If you already have your own router, I strongly advise that you put the modem in bridge mode and use your own router by following the link Gallina added.

So many users had problems with the WiFi and their devices using the Fizz modem WiFi. Just run a little search on this forum and you will see threads about bad speeds, devices not showing up in the network, chromecast / google home not working, poor ranges, etc.

dont forget to install the fizz app on your phone it will make it simple for you to setup the router.
