How to find out the best wifi channel?

Is there a way with the fizz app or perhaps another app, which channel is the best to have your Wi-Fi on

I also recommend Wifi Analyzer. For 2.4ghz you should use either channel 1, 6 or 11 to avoid channel overlapping interference and for 5ghz you can use any between 36-48 and 149-165.
Just use the less crowded one according to the app.
