Consumming my regular monthly plan before 250 MB Upgrade, why is that?

So I have used up my roll over data but when I check my data consumption, I have already started using up my regular monthly plan data and not the 250MB upgrade. I activated the upgrade last month so it's quite bizarre.
Has anyone else had the issue? And if someone knows, why is it not being used up?

The reason for this order is because the number of days that you have to use your plan data is one month, then it will be rolled over to the next cycle. You have three months to use the upgrade. The data with less days will be always the first to be consumed.
In the print-screen attached you see the number of days left for each type of data. The order of usage is reverse to the number of days (less days - first to be used). So the add-on first, then the plan, then the gift and finally the upgrade.

@Takion: as per the initial message the upgrade was activated last month, so it is activated.
