Referral question again

Both signed up before April 12, and payments are always paid in full ever since. Both are still active. No sign of referral bonus. No referral history as if Fizz didn't record it. This community interface is hard to use. Fizz is making life difficult.

    No referral history? Uh oh, it does look like something went wrong and the referral wasn't recorded. Do you have any proof of entering it when activating the plan? (Okay, probably not, because why would you).

    Did you received the notification when the referral was done?

    Normally emails are sent to both referring and referred people when the referred person subscribes saying that the referral bonus is pending. If you did't receive those emails, it looks like there was a glitch when you signed up.
