Can't make or receive calls in the last couple of days?

I ve been with fizz for few months now. But since Saturday, Everytime i try to make a call i get a Videotron message saying "you don't have access to this service"
I can't receive calls neither. My data works fine though

It seems to be a problem, since you are not the first one today with this problem.

Go to this page https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us, if you are not connect loginWait 15 seconds for the bubble icon to appear at the bottom right of the browser and click on the icon to chat with support. Try a different browser if you have issues getting the bubble to appear.

You can also fill a contact form from your account
