i dont have any service and i cant send out any texs or use any of my apps. i saw that i have reached my limit on the data. i thought it was that so i added 500mb extra to my plan but that still hasnt solved the problem. please fix this issue.

If you reach your data limit, you can always come to the board and ask for help. Somebody could transfer your some data.
