Cannot receive calls

I cannot receive any calls on my phone ***-***-****. I receive texts and I can make calls. I was with Rogers on a pay as you go plan and my phone number was my account number. My home phone number is ***-***-**** if you wish to call me. Please let me know what I can do to resolve this. Hey

    Rachel you are on user board, did it ever worked and then it stopped working ?

    sometimes a simple reboot fixes the issue
