Will I have to pay for my plan again?

I failed to unlock my SIM card, I think it is because I failed to enter the PUK code a lot of times and now my SIM card is permanently blocked... I had to buy another one, but will I have to pay for my plan again (since I already payed for it previously with the SIM card that I failed to unlock)?

Are you sure? Do you have a Samsung? The Samsung was sim lock from your previous providers?4

Yes I have a Samsung and when I bought the phone it was unlocked!1

If your phone is unlock, contact Fizz support and tell them that your activation code is locked. I noticed few problems with activation in the last 48 hours.

The sim are not lock by default, ic you received the sim and inserted to the phone and the phone is asking for a code, it seems to be sim lock
You can contact Samsung and they will give you a unlock code
