The first thing you need to do it’s to order a SIM card and when you received, you can active with your old number10

When you activate your Fizz sim, you will have the option to choose a new number or port your number from your other provider. Your number must still be active on your other provider.
The port can take as little as a few minutes to a couple of days. Once that happens your other provider will cancel your account. If you are on a post paid account, you will be refunded for the unused portion of the month. If it is prepaid the month is lost.
In the case of prepaid I would give it 2-3 days before the end of the cycle to port.

1 - order a Fizz sim
2 - when activating the new sim, select "transfer number" (it takes a few hours at most, 2h is my case)
3 - enjoy!
Btw, if you need a referral code to same 25$ on your 3rd bill here is mine: ZBDXR9 -
if you want to keep your old number, remember not to cancel from your current provider. When you activate your SIM from Fizz and setup the transfer, Fizz will handle the cancellation of your existing provider and transfer your number to Fizz. Normally, it will take less than 2hrs. I have activated 3 devices and took around 30min to 1hr to complete the whole transfer.6
